Warranty Service and Repair

Hintel is as an intellectual POS system manufacturer, and committed to provide customers with new generation and leading innovation embedded products in the global retail point of sale market segment, the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, super reliable, robust and well-performing system; and the shutdown or breakdown time is much lower than PC-based solution, the maintenance fees are lower also. At the same time, Hintel's embedded point of sale products are specially dedicated to retail market, they are quite easy to use and maintain, unlike PC-based point of sale products, need highly training people to maintain system.  Over time, it will save more money for our customers as the embedded POS system provided by Hintel is a real green and more easilly used product!

The after-sales services are as part of our business and support our customers smoothly run their business, and Hintel policy is to ensure our all the customers who will be supported. And all the products purchased from Hintel or distributors authorized by Hintel, come with either a six-month limited warranty or a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of sales invoice. And the limited warranty is given only for the original end-user or retail purchaser, the six-month limited warranty is for accompanying accessories, and one-year limited warranty is for main machine only. In addition, Hintel has the extended warranty service plan also, you can extend the manufacturer’s warranty on your purchased product, need to sign a contract of the extended warranty service and specify the length of manufacturer’s warranty.

And customer needs to know that in case of the damage caused by shipping the products to you, it is still covered under this limited warranty, and but this limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Hintel, usage not in accordance with product instructions etc. And the limited warranty will be VOID if this product has been altered or changed in any form.

Prior to the repair service, the customer first needs to contact Hintel's customer technical support via either our message form or email at, and you must ship the products back to Hintel in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment to avoid the risk of loss or damage during shipment if you desire. And for case during the period of the limited warranty started from the invoice date, Hintel will repair or replace products, and then ship the repaired or replacement products to you, prepay freight if you use a same address as in the invoice, and shipment to other address will be collected the freight charge from you. And for case out of period of the limited warranty, you will be charged for shipping the machine and/or accessory items back to you, and also charged for labor cost, service and replacement parts/products at current prices.
