Warranty Services
Hintel is as an intelligent POS system manufacturer and supplier, and is committed to provide customers with new generation and leading innovation embedded products in the global retail POS market segment, the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, super reliable, robust and well-performing system; and the shutdown or breakdown time is much lower than PC-based solutions, the maintenance fees are lower also. At the same time, Hintel's embedded POS system products are specially dedicated to POS industry, they are quite easy to use and maintain, unlike PC-based point of sale products, need highly training people to maintain system, it will save much more money for our customers as the embedded POS systems provided by Hintel are the energy-efficient/eco-friendly POS system products, and help to reduce the running costs and the Warranty Services guarantee clients smoothly run the business.
Standard Protection Plan
The after-sales services are as part of our business, we support our customers smoothly run their business, and Hintel policy is to ensure our all the customers who will be supported. And all the products purchased from Hintel or distributors authorized by Hintel, come with either Six (6) month limited warranty or One (1) to Three (3) year limited warranty beginning from the date shown in sales invoice, and that cover the machine repair or exchange for the defective product. The limited warranty services are given only for the original purchasers or end-users, and the Six-month limited warranty is for accompanying accessories, and One-to-Three-year limited warranty is for the main machine in different model.
And customer needs to know that in case of the damage caused by shipping the products to you, it is still covered under this limited warranty services, and but this limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Hintel, usage not in accordance with product instructions etc. And the limited warranty services will be VOID if this product has been altered or changed in any form.
Extended Protection Plan
In addition, Hintel has the extended warranty service plan also. For the customers who want more protection, we can extend the manufacturer’s warranty on their purchased products, it needs to sign an additional contract of the extended warranty services, and specify the length of manufacturer’s warranty services and the Extended Warranty can cover your products up to 5 years.
Repair and Return
Your equipments will be serviced by Hintel trained technicians, our warranty service programs guarantee you smoothly run your business regardless of whether or not in case of the limited warranty services. Prior to the repair service, the customer first needs to contact Hintel customer support team via either our message form or email to support@hintel-tech.com, take the RMA number first. And also, please take note that you must ship the products back to Hintel in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and then insure the shipment to avoid the risk of loss or damage during shipment if you desire.
And for case during the period of the limited warranty services started from the invoice date, Hintel will repair or replace products, and then ship the repaired or replacement products to you, prepay freight if you use a same address as in the invoice, and shipment to other address will be collected the freight charge from you. And for case out of period of the limited warranty services, you will be charged for shipping the machine and/or accessory items back to you, and also charged for labor cost, service and replacement parts/products at current prices.
